Obviously if you are searching for a Panic Away review then you have seen Panic Away, the One Move Technique and Joe Barry. Not to mention you might have perhaps found and read lots of Panic Away "reviews" that really seem like sales pitches.
Well, I hate to break it to you, however about 99% of them are sales pitches from people that 1) do not have anxiety or panic attacks and 2) have never even read Panic Away. Most of them are a Panic Away scam.
- Thus, I am going to attempt to let you know my exposure to Panic Away even when you probably are sick of all of the trash you have read up to this point. And you have no reason to trust me, simply because, hey, this is the Internet.
However, no matter whether you believe me or not, I am a real person, with real challenges, genuine anxiety and real panic attacks and whether you purchase it or not I really don't care - my chief goal is to simply share with you Panic Away to help you to Decide if it's right for you. Believe it or not, it may OR may not be best for your needs. Quite simply, Panic Away makes use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT for short) to assist you to re-program your brain to think in another way about panic and anxiety attacks. In case you have not heard of CBT, it is just a fancy term for "rewiring" your brain to think in another way.
Not to bore you, but I had heard and practiced CBT before buying and making use of Panic Away. I initially heard of it in a Tony Robbins book a long time ago. Tony Robbins describes how to use it on oneself in his books.
- I do not think you really must know anything about CBT prior to using Panic Away as it is laid out in a fairly simple to follow way.
The Panic Away One Move Technique is merely what Joe Barry names his approach that he made using CBT specifically applied to panic and anxiety disorders. I can't give it all away because he has worked hard on his book ( and i am certain I might get sued!).
- But, all in all, it's a relatively easy read and when there is complex psychology terminology, he clarifies it in an simple to understand style. Would It Meet Your Needs?
I can't truthfully answer this question simply because I don't know you. I can tell you that I largely suffer from general anxiety disorder and panic attacks - nothing really specific causes it, with the exception of stress, pressure, etc. And this really is who I really believe it is especially geared toward. Should you suffer from anything more specific, like social anxiety disorder, then it may help somewhat, specifically if you know the causes and triggers of the SAD. I Don't believe it could necessarily help you in case you have some phobia or Obsessive-compulsive disorder or something like that. It may, but I don't have phobias or Ocd so i can't really say for sure.
Did It Do the job?
It helped me. However if you're anticipating some magical cure, this is simply not it ( there's no miracle cure for panic and anxiety attacks). You have to act on it and exercise the One Move Technique for it to be successful. If that you do not practice it, it will not work. Thus if you are not willing to put in the time, do not waste your money.
- In the end, simply do not forget that You Will Need To Determine if it might be right for you. It is $67, which is not all that cheap, but for me it was a small investment to obtain some relief. Heck, I might give my right arm to have somebody give me some miracle treatment to take it away because it's horrible. Yet I don't see that taking place any time soon.
